Hammersmith Structures takes a client driven approach to design and construction. We design and build homes that are solely derived from our client’s needs and wants. Through this process we take our clients ideas and bring them to life, while guiding our clients to achieve aesthetically pleasing homes, as well as integrating tried and true construction practices that provide sustainable, well built homes.

The Cost Plus Approach

Hammersmith Structures takes an open book approach to building. You pay construction costs plus a fixed management fee nothing more. This allows you the ability to see the costs that go into your home. We allow you the flexibility to make changes and upgrades with no additional fees, just the cost of construction.

The Budget

At Hammersmith we design a home that coincides with your budget. This approach allows us the ability during the design phase to give our clients product and material options that fit within their budget.  We focus on using cost effective, everyday materials in creative applications to create great design without unneeded cost increases.

Technology

Hammersmith Structures utilizes today’s technology to create real life computer models. These true-to-life 3 dimensional models allow us to literally walk our clients though their home before a hammer has been lifted.

Energy Efficiency

Hammersmith Structures is using the most state of the art practices and techniques in terms of energy efficiency.  We base our designs in response to our client’s goals. Whether you choose a progressive approach with a home that utilizes straw bales construction, geothermal heat and photovoltaic energy panels achieving little to no dependence from traditional energy sources.  Or you want a more conventional approach utilizing traditional energy sources designed and constructed using super efficient materials and practices that significantly reduced energy demand. Each of these approaches allows our company to provide truly sustainable homes that align with our client’s needs.
