Hammersmith Structures is a Colorado custom home builder and general contractor. Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, we serve clients and their homes in Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor, Estes Park, the Front Range mountains…pretty much anywhere in Northern Colorado.
We are passionate about great design. We specialize in helping people with a creative vision make their vision a reality. That typically happens through the design-build of high-end custom homes and large-scale home remodels.
Our goal is to make our homeowners happy. Each member of our build team is passionate about how every aspect of every home comes together, even to the point of having debates over the best way to complete an aspect of the home that the homeowner might consider mundane. You might not care at which angle the roof fascia comes together, but we do.
Whether the project on your mind is a modern abode that matches your eclectic style, a dysfunctional older home transformed with magnificent modern features, or an accessible lakeside bungalow where you can comfortably age in place, we can complete it fearlessly.
Our principal, Chandler Souther, has a background in business management and real estate, combined with education in business and construction management. Unlike some fly-by-night general contractors, we’ve been in business for more than 20 years building custom homes and completing large-scale remodels. You can trust that we will complete your project the way you want it.
But he’s not a one-man band. We have a full team that takes care of project management, accounting, interior design, and jobsite supervision to keep the construction of your home running smoothly.
To make sure your project is always on track, we use a project delivery system that ensures our goals for a custom home or any other project will match up with yours. This results in a better project, tighter budget, and more enjoyable building process for all involved.
We also use technology to track budgets, schedules, and selections and wherever else we can during the building process. Our goal is to foster great communication with you and keep everyone involved in the project in the loop. (Ever built or remodeled a home and had confusion with your finish selections on a project? You won’t with us.) We’re email and text friendly, and we respond to our clients’ questions and concerns within 24-48 hours.
