Building from Out of State

We have worked with several clients who lived out of state throughout the entire building process. And we’re happy to work that way.

Recording all the details up front gives us an easy roadmap to follow and keeps us from having to interrupt you with questions. When the granite guy is on site, we already know where the hole for the soap dispenser is supposed to be – it’s been documented.

We use the latest in technology to share details with you as well. HoloBuilder allows us to capture 360-degree photo views of your building site, framing and rough-in, and other stages of your custom home so you can actually see where the outlets are in the kitchen before the drywall goes up, just in case you want to move one. CoConstruct, lets us record minute details about every aspect of your project so everyone’s on the same page, and we don’t need to scramble to find information.

These tools help us document the specifics and share them with you, so we’re all confident we’re on the same page throughout the project no matter where you may be living at the time.
