While we build amazing custom homes for our clients, our value to them often begins long before we start construction. For many, we also serve as real estate consultant. With more than 15 years navigating real estate as both a builder and commercial real estate broker, we can offer unique insight that you won’t find in other places.

For example, if you hope to build a home in Old Town Fort Collins, we will explain the process for building in historic neighborhoods. We’ll explain what can be done, talk about zoning and easements, help you understand Old Town lot configurations, and more.

If you want to purchase a home to remodel, we’ll give you an assessment of one you have in mind. First, we’ll look at the big picture of what’s good and what’s bad. Then we’ll also look at other factors, such as the wiring, plumbing, foundation, etc. to see if what you want to do is a possibility with that home within your budget or even at all. We want to make sure you have as much information up front as possible so you’re not surprised or disappointed further along in the process.

Or you may be looking for land to build on. We’ll review property listings that would be viable for your vision and help you understand all the aspects of each lot of interest. Our development background and working with Northern Colorado planning and zoning regulations gives us a unique insight that can help you navigate the real estate purchasing process.
