Linden Haus

This home from the late ’80s had a good exterior architectural design, but it needed updating on the interior to add some style.

ABOUT THIS HOME

We maximized the existing spaces by opening up the floor plan and reconfiguring the kitchen and bathrooms. A built-in breakfast nook and open shelving lightened up the kitchen while a soaking tub and new cabinets added extra luxury and convenience to the master bath.

Painting the brick fireplace to contrast with the white walls, adding a Scandinavian woodburning stove in the family room, and reconfiguring the staircase provided some modern touches. These, combined with updating all the interior finishes and adding custom built-ins, breathed new life into this home.
