Gut it, give it a rear addition, a second floor, and a sleek modern interior, then freshen the exterior while keeping its shape and character.
The resulting custom home with a modern open floor plan features three bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, and a spacious loft wrapped up into 2,600 square feet. Sleek white walls, Thermofoil cabinets, Ann Sacks tile, and other accents contrast with champagne brass fixtures and rich stained oak flooring, two-panel stained fir doors, and fire clay tile for a uniquely modern appearance. Two sets of sliding doors open the rear of the house onto the large back deck to offer plenty of room for entertaining inside and out.
