The exterior of this home in Old Town Fort Collins features mountain architecture with easy-care stucco, locally sourced stone, and heavy timbers. But the inside is all European-inspired minimalist design.

ABOUT THIS HOME

White walls lead the monochromatic color palette with black exposed steel beams and dark wood cabinetry providing accents. Even the can lights in the ceiling are void of trim to avoid disrupting the ceiling lines.

White oak floors set in a herringbone pattern add interest and warmth while the custom cabinets feature integrated drawer and door pulls to avoid disrupting the minimalist look. A built-in coffee bar makes use of the space under the open staircase and keeps clutter off the countertops.

The Neolith slate, glass-like façade and concrete hearth of the fireplace contrast in color and texture with the white walls and ceiling and complement the natural wood glulam beams.

The home backs to an open-space pond for privacy, making the patio the perfect place to entertain. A bar accessible through an accordion window provides a convenient way to serve guests while keeping the party outdoors.
